Breakfast
A rich breakfast is the best way to start the day. Mornings at the Riviera Resort Hotel are perfumed with freshly baked cakes and tarts, delicious croissants filled on the spot, yoghurt, cereals and fresh fruit. There is no shortage of savoury alternatives such as toast, cheese and local cold cuts. In addition, the Chef prepares eggs right in the corner of our dining hall, giving our guests an incredible cooking show experience each morning.

The Riviera Resort Restaurant is a culinary gem that celebrates Friulian cuisine. Our Chef offers eight different menus on rotation, each featuring sophisticated dishes from both land and sea. Every ingredient is carefully selected from local vendors, being synonymous with freshness and seasonality. The dishes are then accompanied by prestigious labels from local and international wineries.
